Thanks to our many years of experience in the area of fluid technology, we are able to develop special assembly groups and pneumatic special parts. We involve you directly in our development process and optimise your/our solution. Our aim is to design a high-quality product for your process together with you. As part of this, we are also able to call on our expertise from cutting and non-cutting production processes. A decisive factor for us is not only simple assembly, but also optimum replacement of the individual components for maintenance processes. We also believe it is important to label and identify the functions clearly, and if necessary, in multiple languages.

The aim of this special circuit is to minimise the use of self-fastening tubing and to make the plate as compact as possible. Our client’s requirement was to use the specified safety valve, the pneumatic directional control valve and the pressure switch. Thanks to a special manifold block with inbuilt non-return valve, we succeeded in only installing one self-fastening tube measuring less than 50 mm. The safety valve and the pneumatic valve are connected to the manifold block by a detachable connection and can therefore be easily replaced. The switch plate is so compact that it can be attached to different valve terminal supports, and can therefore easily be fitted to a production robot or a device, for example.
