Pneumatic special circuits

The pneumatic special circuits and control systems we have developed are made of standardised parts such as ISO valves or pressure switches. Combined with special manifolds and cartridges for non-return valves, our circuits are compact and user-friendly. The position of the input and output connectors are individually arranged for the relevant application. We also try to minimise the use of self-fastening tubing in order to optimise assembly and simplify the maintenance process.

Switch unit with logic retention function

This switch unit in accordance with the AUDI/VW standard switches the compressed air in the safety zones (production cells) on and off.

Supply plate for laser welding

The supply plate for laser welding supplies compressed air to the laser head and its peripheries. The air is supplied via ISO valves and controlled by restrictors. Pressure switches are used to monitor the compressed air.

Compact special circuit

This special circuit is made up of a special manifold with non-return valve and the standard valves specified by the client. The advantage of this design is that the circuit is as compact as possible and the use of self-fastening tubes can be minimised.
