Manifold blocks

Manifold blocks made of brass and aluminium alloys are used in plant and machine engineering to distribute cooling water and compressed air. In pneumatics, the trend in plant engineering is to use manifolds made of aluminium alloys, as they fulfil the requirements for low and high pressure. In comparison to brass alloys, the total costs can be reduced thanks to lower material and production costs. In cooling water applications, brass manifolds should be used due to the corrosiveness of the medium.

Klaus Günther GmbH provides a wide range of different manifold blocks made of aluminium and brass alloys. Not only do we produce manifolds in accordance with the VW/AUDI standard, we also produce manifold blocks in accordance with BMW and OPEL standards. We have expanded our product range with our own manifold block variants in sizes of 1/8″ to 1″. Of course, we can also design and manufacture a special manifold block tailored to your requirements.
