Covering Systems

In today’s automation, valve terminals and other electrical modules are used for system control, regulation and communication. To protect these elements, we design a varied range of covering systems. For example, we have developed a modular system with various cover versions for valve terminals from established pneumatics manufacturers in the automotive industry, such as Festo and SMC. We identify these valve terminal supports individually for each system type. However, we also design supports with covers for individual processing units or sensors.

Valve terminal support

The valve terminal support is a modular system that can be adapted as required to the size of valve terminal, depending on the number of electrical input modules and pneumatic valves. It is used as an attachment element of the valve terminal for devices and grippers, and for protection from welding or process-related adhesive splatter. The individual modules and valves are also individually identified by a labelling strip.

Supports with protective covering for electrical processing units

Mounting bracket for a wide range of processing units and electrical modules used in plant engineering, for example made of reshaped galvanised sheet steel with the corresponding protective cover. This not only protects the electrical unit, it also protects the supply services and communication interfaces.
